NAV's New Beginning is a new start with new owners, BUT the same quality that Jim and Cheryl created.  The "W" circus (Whipple and Witte) will keep the corn poppin and the love going at NAV's.  After 30-plus years of calling The River home,  Ben and Missy are excited to share this love with their kids.  The River is such a perfect place to raise a family and feed them some NAV's Popcorn.
